Job Description:
Boost Juice is looking for an energetic, responsible, and positive leader to manage daily store operations. As the Manager/PIC, you will oversee team performance, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain smooth store operations while upholding Boost Juice standards.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with Boost Juice procedures.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve daily sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction at all times.
• Monitor product quality, preparation standards, and speed of service.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and task assignments.
• Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve issues professionally, and escalate when needed.
• Perform stock management, including ordering, receiving, and inventory checks.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, POS reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting.
• Support training for new staff and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in F&B preferred and related position.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
• Own transport (motor/ car).
• Positive, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Provide complete Resume with Latest Passport Picture size
