Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, artisan drinks, and specialty beverages, while adhering to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic café environment at all times, including beverage stations, preparation areas, seating spaces, utensils, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist in stock organization to ensure smooth day-to-day café operations.
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers by providing friendly, attentive, and professional service.
• Confidently introduce menu offerings, provide product recommendations, and answer customer inquiries with accuracy and enthusiasm.
• Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately while complying with company cash-handling procedures.
• Consistently uphold company values, service standards, and operational procedures to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure operational excellence during both peak and non-peak hours.

Requirements

• Fully vaccinated with a minimum of two vaccine doses.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Energetic, responsible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess own transportation for reliability and punctuality.
• Previous barista or café experience is an advantage but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
