Position: Customer Service Administrator (Insurance Background Required)

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to RM7,200 per month (subject to experience)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Process new and renewal insurance policies, including:
• International Private Medical Insurance
• Travel Insurance
• Personal Accident Insurance
• Term Life Insurance
• Handle customer and broker enquiries via email, telephone, and live chat.
• Prepare and issue policy documents, endorsements, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update policy information in the company's system.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and customer requests.
• Provide professional customer support while ensuring timely resolution of enquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable UK/EU insurance regulations.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and operational support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service within the insurance industry.
• Experience in policy administration, insurance operations, or customer support is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Medical, Travel, Personal Accident, or Life Insurance products is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail with good administrative and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,200.00 per month
