Immersive Learning jobs

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design and develop engaging e-learning content that makes complex topics clear and interactive. You will also work closely with clients, subject-matter experts, and project managers to ensure every course meets its learning goals. As a result, your work will help create meaningful and enjoyable learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• In addition, analyse client content and turn it into structured storyboards.
• Design instructional e-learning modules that support training objectives.
• Furthermore, select and apply suitable instructional approaches.
• Write clear and engaging voice-over (VO) scripts with consistent grammar.
• For example, propose creative ideas to make training more interactive.
• Collaborate proactively with clients and project managers to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree or Master’s in English, Education, Training, or a related field.
• Preferably, at least one year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Additionally, the ability to explain concepts for different audiences.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Skills

• Required: Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
• Preferred: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Also,strong interpersonal skills to engage with senior clients and subject-matter experts.
