Your Mission

You will be the frontline technical specialist supporting the deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of Cargo Application System and eBooking solutions across Asia. You will serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, ensuring seamless system operations while bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

The Cargo Management System (“CMS”) is a cargo management platform used by our GSA teams to manage cargo operations end-to-end. The CargoAi eBooking enables digital booking workflows and your role will be pivotal in ensuring both solutions are correctly implemented, adopted and continuously optimized across the entities you support.

What You’ll Do

As Cargo Application Executive, you will spearhead the implementation of the Group’s digital transformation initiatives.

For the Cargo Management System, your responsibilities centers around [70%]

  • Support the deployment of CMS across entities including system set-up, user onboarding, training delivery and general post-go-live support
  • Assist users with the day-to-day use of CMS ensuring they are empowered to leverage the platform to its full potential
  • Run regular evaluations on the use of CMS across entities in Asia to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and adoption trends
  • Answer technical tickets related to CMS and escalate complex issues to the product team with clear analysis and documentation
  • Produce and maintain IT support documentation for CMS including user manuals, training materials, and internal communications
  • Produce IT reporting related to CMS, covering KPIs, usage metrics and status reports for management and stakeholders

For the eBooking implementation, your responsibilities centers around [30%]

  • Support entities in implementing eBooking, coordinating timelines, resources and technical requirements across teams
  • Ensure the correct configuration and set-up of CMS to enable successful eBooking implementation
  • Answer technical and functional tickets related to eBooking and route them to the appropriate internal team, when escalation is required
  • Conduct thorough analyses related to tickets, identifying root causes from both technical and functional perspectives
  • Coordinate regular sessions with users to collect feedback, assess solution adoption and ensure correct usage of eBooking tools
  • Produce and maintain IT support documentation for eBooking, including user manuals, training materials, and stakeholder communications

  • Detail-oriented, with a strong personal drive for quality and a low tolerance for recurring issues going unresolved
  • Curious and eager to deepen your knowledge of cargo technology, airline operations, and digital freight solutions

Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum one year of professional experience; initial experience in IT Technical Support is strongly recommended
  • Familiarity with cargo management systems or logistics platforms is an advantage, but not required
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable technical responses or configurations
  • Comfortable working with modern tools such as ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and collaboration platforms (e.g. Notion, Slack, Jira, or similar)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with users and stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and document issues systematically

Nice to have

  • Experienced in Cargo Management Systems (eg. CargoSpot, iCargo, Croamis)
  • Experienced in logistics related industries
  • Experienced in working with European companies
