About Us

Medic Paths is a university admissions consultancy founded by practicing medical doctors, focused on supporting students to secure admissions to top-tier universities. As a rapidly expanding firm, we are scaling our workforce and searching for high-calibre talents to join our operations and service delivery teams.

We are looking for a self-motivated, autonomous Operations Strategist to streamline and enhance our academic operations, with a core focus on tutor management and internal workflow optimisation.

Role Summary

• Supervise and refine daily operational workflows
• Liaise and coordinate with tutors to guarantee seamless service delivery
• Assist with tutor recruitment and onboarding as needed
• Complete administrative work including scheduling, cross-team coordination and internal communications
• Carry out market research and share actionable insights to upgrade operational efficiency
• Execute tasks independently to maintain consistent, efficient daily operations

Core Duties

• Manage all tutor-related matters: schedule coordination, communication and payment settlement
• Support recruitment efforts to source and onboard qualified tutors when vacancies arise
• Arrange internal meetings and take charge of general administrative support
• Track existing workflows and pinpoint opportunities for process improvement
• Conduct market research to provide data-backed suggestions for business decisions
• Ensure smooth collaboration and efficient operation across all departments
• Collaborate closely with teammates to hit overall business targets

Job Requirements

• Able to align working hours with UK time zone
• Excellent communication skills and strong organisational capabilities
• Comfortable working independently with limited oversight
• High standard of professionalism, strict confidentiality and meticulous attention to detail
• Previous background in operations, administration or education sectors is preferred
