Job Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

  • Maintain document management system and ensure all information is provided or uploaded correctly and promptly.
  • Assist to monitor progress of quality and process improvement.
  • Assist in data collection of clinical /quality indicator and tabulation.
  • Provide support in organizing internal audit. Assist to ensure all audit related documentation are completed and participate in internal quality audit.
  • Monitor and notify process owner when policies and procedures are due for review.
  • Prepare documents required for application and renewal of clinic CKAPS license.
  • Monitor and track all relevant statutory licenses are valid and maintained by respective departments.

Patient Safety and Risk Management

  • Assist to compile care centres risk and monitor implementation of mitigation measures.
  • Assist to ensure investigation and root cause analysis is conducted on all reported incidents/sentinel events. Follow-up to verify the implementation of the preventive action. Compile incident reports and analyse data according to supervisor advice.
  • Submit mandatory reporting to the relevant authorities as per supervisor guidance.
  • Assist in capturing learning points of incident and sentinel events for updates and awareness to staff.

Medical Affairs

  • Arrange for credentialing and privileging session.
  • Compile all credentialing and privileging related documents and ensure they are stored secured.
  • Ensure all medical and dental practitioners documents i.e., contractual agreement, APC, NSR, indemnity etc are always valid and current, maintained and secured.
  • Coordinate or monitor Healthcare Advisory Board (HAB) and Sub-committees’ meetings are conducted as per terms of reference.
  • Act as a secretary for Healthcare Advisory Board (HAB)

Administrative

To provide administrative support functions to

  • IMU Healthcare (IMUH) to ensure smooth running of operations.
  • Key healthcare committees or groups such as Healthcare Senior Management Team and other key Healthcare Leadership groups through effective secretarial duties to ensure proper arrangement of meetings, documentations, and follow-ups.

Training

  • 0rganize and prepare required resources for training and awareness session in quality and risk management

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in healthcare related field
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in quality management or medical affairs in healthcare
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
