Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Subject Teachers (All Subjects) to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Cambridge Primary, Lower Secondary (KS3), and Upper Secondary (IGCSE/KS4) levels. Subject specialisations may include English, Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), ICT/Computer Science, Business Studies, Economics, Accounting, Art & Design, PE, and more.

Purpose of the Role

To support the school’s commitment to academic excellence by delivering concept-driven, student-centred lessons and contributing to a supportive and innovative learning environment. You will be expected to model professionalism and nurture students in both academic learning and character development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum.
• Create a safe, respectful, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes inquiry and active learning.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Design assessments that reflect learning goals and use results to inform teaching.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues in planning, curriculum development, and resource sharing.
• Participate actively in school events, co-curricular activities, and school-wide initiatives.
• Communicate e:ectively with parents/guardians and contribute to building a strong school community.
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to school improvement efforts.
• Uphold the school’s values and safeguarding standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or in relevant subject area with PGDE/Teaching Credential.
• Master’s Degree or Cambridge Professional Development Certification is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or Cambridge school context.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest and passion in pursuing a career in education are also welcome to apply.
• Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Ardence International Secondary School reserves the right to adjust job descriptions as necessary to meet school needs. Staff will be informed and consulted accordingly. Additional duties may be assigned by the Principal or Academic Leadership Team as appropriate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
