As an IT Intern, you will be an integral part of our Information Technology (IT) department, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of IT operations. Under the supervision of experienced IT professionals, you will have the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and support our organization's IT infrastructure. This internship will provide you with valuable skills and insights into the field of information technology, preparing you for a successful career in IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups.
• Assist in the setup and deployment of new computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Document IT procedures, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Monitor system performance and security, reporting any anomalies or potential vulnerabilities.
• Assist in inventory management of IT assets and equipment.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong passion for technology and eagerness to learn.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and have experience with Google platform is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges.
• Prior experience or coursework in IT support or system administration is a plus.

Duration and Benefits:

• This internship position is full-time and will prefer last for at least 6 months and above.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
