Full job description
Management of department to ensure efficient and effective daily administrative and operational activities.
A) Quality Management & Accreditation
- Help organise and follow up on internal quality audits.
- Keep accreditation documents neat and updated.
- Assist in collecting hospital data and do simple data checks or summaries.
B) Document Control
- Help review and update hospital policies and procedures.
- Work with departments to make sure their documents are updated.
- Assist in creating or revising forms and giving them the correct form numbers.
- Help maintain the policy and forms list so staff can easily find what they need.
C) Licensing Support
- Assist in preparing documents needed for hospital licence applications or renewals.
- Help keep clear and organised records for all licensing processes.
D) General Tasks
- Assist with ordering stationery when needed.
- Do any other tasks assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
