Full job description
- Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining patients' medical records.
- Retrieve and prepare medical records for authorized departments and healthcare professionals.
- Support the registration, sorting, and indexing of patient documents.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of medical records before filing.
- Assist with data entry and updating patient information in the hospital information system.
- Ensure all medical records are handled in accordance with confidentiality and privacy policies.
- Help process requests for medical reports and related documentation under supervision.
- Assist in scanning, archiving, and maintaining electronic and physical medical records.
- Support record tracking to ensure timely retrieval and return of patient files.
- Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, document preparation, and filing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure medical records storage area.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Medical Records Supervisor or Department Head.
Pay: RM800.00 per month
