FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT
Position: Front Office Staff ( Intern/Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage guest enquiries, requests, and reservations
- Answer phone calls and assist with general front desk duties
- Maintain good customer service and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Friendly, responsible, and well-groomed
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous hotel experience is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
F&B DEPARTMENT
Position: F&B Service Staff (Intern/Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Prepare and maintain the dining/service area
- Assist with daily restaurant operations
- Ensure cleanliness and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Friendly, hardworking, and responsible
- Good communication skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous F&B experience is an advantage
