Job description:

*Walking Distance from Surian MRT Station*
*Mon to Fri (8:30a.m. to 6:30p.m.)*

• To provide excellent customer service & product/health consultations according to company standard & processes
• To achieve KPIs in customer service and sales
• To leverage on customer data to generate new leads and recurring sales.
• To ensure customer data is kept up-to-date and proactive follow-up procedures are in place.
• To understand and to execute the operational daily flow.
• To ensure SOP and GDP for health products requirements are met.
• To conduct quality checks to ensure details and reports are updated correctly.
• To manage customers orders, delivery/shipping and after-sales services.
• To prepare, compile, review documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, quotations, receipts, reports etc sales support activities;
• To manage and to ensure accuracy of stock quantity & inventory reports;
• To ensure premises are well maintained, functional and regularly cleaned according to quality standards & SOPs.
• To develop and update training materials and guidelines
• To research & propose new product development, new ingredients, new product formulation, new service offerings etc.
• To ensure regulatory, quality, safety & other compliance processes & requirements are developed, adhered & achieved efficiently.
• To plan, support & execute new business development initiatives/projects, including new ingredients/product formulation/product safety, setting up of new business units, production facility or research projects etc.

Requirements
-SPM and above. No experience needed. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
-Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin would be an added advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Meticulous and organized! You know how important all the details are.
-Able to work independently with pleasant personality, self-motivated, trustworthy and hardworking.
-Prefer to work in Quiet Environemtn

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
