Job Responsibilities:

1) Help prepare and organize documents for Halal certification and renewal.
2) Assist the Halal Executive in keeping our processes aligned with JAKIM Halal standards and internal SOPs.
3) Collect and prepare documentation and reports related to Halal matters.
4) Assist the Halal team on-site branches during audits.
5) Conduct basic research on Halal requirements, raw materials, and suppliers.
6) Update and file records related to production, ingredients, and suppliers.
7) Assist with daily production tasks and scheduling.
8) Assist in quality checks and report any issues found

Job Requirements:

1) Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Halal Management, Islamic Studies, or a related field, as required by the university's academic requirements.
2) Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
3) Proficiency in Canva would be an added advantage.
4) For internship students, must be willing to travel with the Halal team when necessary.
