Full job description

Kitchen Staff (Back of House):

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and execution of dishes in collaboration with the Kitchen Leader.

  • Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and minimal wastage.

  • Uphold strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards while maintaining an organised kitchen workspace.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification/ equivalent

  • Good English (both written and spoken) is strictly required for Service Staff to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

  • Preferred: Professional fluency in Japanese, Mandarin, or Hokkien will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a strong team-oriented mindset.

  • Candidates must possess their own transport and be able to commute to and from work independently.

Working Days: 6 days work week
Working Hours: Mon– Sunday 5.30PM-1.00AM (Wednesday – off) [8 hours including 1 hour rest time)
