Job Description:

As a guest service you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and knowledge of Japanese cuisine will contribute to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and seat guests, take orders, and provide attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience.

Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the menu to accurately describe dishes, make recommendations, and answer any guest inquiries.

Order Accuracy: Ensure accurate order taking and timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.

Upselling: Recommend additional items, such as special dishes or beverages, to enhance the guest experience.

Table Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required; we welcome individuals with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Knowledge or interest in Japanese cuisine is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be at least 18 years old.
