Job Responsibilities:

· Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a professional manner

· Present menus, explain dishes (including omakase, seasonal items, and specialties), and make informed recommendations

· Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly

· Serve food and drinks with proper etiquette, timing, and presentation standards

· Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service

· Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times

· Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow

· Adhere to hygiene, safety, and fine dining service standards

· Perform any ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

· Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (fine dining experience preferred)

· Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine and dining etiquette is an advantage

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Well-groomed with a professional appearance

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Strong attention to detail and service quality

· Positive attitude and a team player mindset

· Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
