DEPARTMENT OF SOFT SKILLS COMPETENCY (SUNGAI LONG CAMPUS)

Job Requirements:

  • STPM or Certificate in a related field
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
  • Willing to work on weekends

Job Description:

  • Assist in creating awareness on the importance of soft skills among students and to enhance students’ all round education in UTAR
  • Promote soft skills and life skills programmes to all UTAR students
  • Ensure smooth running of soft skills and life skills programmes
  • Encourage students to participate free talks, workshop and Study Tours organised by DSSC
  • Ensure all documents, statistics and reports in the department are duly prepared and filed
  • Assist in arranging community service related activities with the Head of New Village/Orang Asli
  • Any other duties as assigned by the University from time to time
