1. Job Summary

Responsible for implementing and monitoring Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) and EHS compliance across company operations, including warehouses, transportation, and logistics activities.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DOSH, BOMBA, DOE, MBSA, and applicable OSH regulations.
• Implement safety policies, procedures, HIRARC, and risk control measures.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate maintenance and certification of fire systems, lifts, and other safety equipment.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, fire drills, and emergency response exercises.
• Monitor warehouse, transportation, traffic, and MHE safety, including operator licensing.
• Prepare EHS reports, safety KPIs, audit findings, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, authorities, and internal departments on safety matters.
• Support ERT, OSH Committee, environmental, ESG, and Dangerous Goods (DG) compliance activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

3. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or transportation.
• SHO / DOSH Green Book holder
• Knowledge of Malaysian OSH regulations, HIRARC, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel to branches and operational sites when required.

4. Preferred Certifications (will be an advantage)

• SHO / DOSH Green Book.
• HIRARC Training.
• ISO 45001 / ISO 14001.
• First Aid and Fire Safety.
• Dangerous Goods (IATA / IMDG).

5. Preferred Candidate Profile

• Stable employment history, preferably with more than 3 years with the same employer.
• Proactive, responsible, and committed to long-term career development.
• Able to work independently and effectively with different teams.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
