Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall performance and operations of assigned stores to ensure achievement of sales targets, operational KPIs and business objectives.
• Monitor store performance, identify gaps and implement appropriate action plans to improve sales, productivity, service quality and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess operational standards, store conditions, merchandising, stock management and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, guide and support store management teams to improve performance, strengthen execution and achieve business targets.
• Analyze sales reports, operational data and performance indicators to identify trends, address challenges and support business decisions.
• Work closely with relevant departments and stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Monitor manpower planning, staffing levels and workforce productivity across assigned stores to support operational requirements.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve store operations, customer service, cost efficiency and loss prevention.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activities and local business opportunities to support sales growth and business planning.
• Prepare and review store performance reports, providing updates on key achievements, operational challenges and improvement plans to management.
• Drive the implementation of company initiatives and ensure consistent execution across assigned stores.
• Undertake regular travel and store visits within the assigned area, with coverage and deployment determined by business requirements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Retail Management, Operations Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail operations or store management, preferably with experience overseeing multiple stores or leading a retail team.
• Strong leadership, people management and decision making skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret store performance data and develop effective action plans.
• Good understanding of retail operations, sales management, inventory control, manpower planning and operational compliance.
• Good communication, stakeholder management and team development skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across assigned stores and locations according to business requirements.
• Possession of a valid driving license and access to reliable transport is an advantage, where required for the role.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
