A global leading manufacturer in its industry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join their Human​ Resources Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, extending offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking events.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare employment offers and support pre-employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent attraction activities.
• Stay updated on employment market trends and recruitment best practices.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment legislation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing
• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interview methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of both written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
