• Oversee day-to-day retail store operations with excellence and ensure daily operations is in compliance with Group policy and procedures.

• Motivate and drive the team to deliver retail sales & profit according to Company target.

• Ensure store visual merchandise is compliance to company SOP.

• Involved in recruitment, interviews and orientation for new joiners.

• Lead and communicate effectively with a team of retail associates, including coaching and training.

• Responsible in staff zoning on selling floor.

• Increase associates’ product knowledge and customer service skills by initiating certain activities or training.

• Attend weekly meetings and weekly sales reporting with the management.

• Roster-based, on-shift duty required during public holidays to align retail store needs

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.

• At least 3 years of experience in Supervisory position in fashion apparel industry.

• Cheerful personality, assertive, analytical, pragmatic, disciplined.

• Sales driven and passionate in fashion retail.

• Excellent people/ interpersonal skills.

• Able to play the role as team leader and lead by example.

• Good command of English and knowledge in Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking tourists.
