Administration
- Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documents.
- Assist with general office administration.
Inventory
- Manage stock receiving, issuing, and inventory records.
- Conduct stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate order processing and deliveries.
Human Resources
- Assist with attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records.
- Support HR administrative activities.
Finance
- Assist with invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Support basic finance and procurement administration.
Safety & Health
- Coordinate workplace safety inspections.
- Monitor Unsafe Act & Unsafe Condition (UAUC) reporting.
- Ensure safety signage and notices are properly displayed and maintained.
- Support compliance with Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) policies.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in a related field.
- Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Experience in administration, inventory, or safety is an added advantage.
