Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily weighing operations for FFB reception, diesel reception, and dispatch of mill products, including CPO, PK, PKS, and EFB.
• Maintain proper records of weighing transactions, grading chits, product dispatches, and invoices.
• Monitor product dispatches and update relevant records accordingly.
• Assist the Mill Engineer in preparing production reports, progress reports, extraction and losses summaries, quality reports, and other related documents.
• Assist in preparing compliance reports, report submissions, and licence renewals.
• Maintain proper filing and ensure all mill documents and records are updated.
• Assist the Store Clerk in receiving and issuing spare parts, maintaining inventory records, and updating stock records.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification. STPM or Diploma holders will have an added advantage.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good organisational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
• A good team player who is able to follow instructions, assist others, and work independently.
• Previous experience in a palm oil mill, plantation, or related industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
