The incumbent is responsible to support pharmacists by performing clerical, administrative, and customer service tasks to ensure the smooth operation of a pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

Medication Dispensing Support: Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications by measuring, counting, and packaging them accurately, including labeling medication containers and compounding solutions, ointments, or creams as instructed by the pharmacist.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain pharmacy stock, check expiration dates, restock shelves, place orders for medications and supplies, and ensure accurate record-keeping of pharmaceutical products.
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in person or by phone, answer inquiries, provide basic information about medications, and refer drug-related questions to the pharmacist.
Administrative Duties: Maintain patient records, enter client information into databases, file insurance claims, process payments, and operate the cash register. In
Compliance and Safety: Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with regulations, ethical standards, and infection-control policies, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
