JOB SUMMARY

• To assist in the daily HR matters booking of room and assist in preparation of training materials and documents.
• Support the training / trainer if required (ensure training attendance, training evaluation form, Action Plan document duly completed)
• Maintain timely and accurate training hours in database.
• Ensure proper filing of all documentations
• Preparation of uniform, name tags, lanyard for new joiners.
• Assist in filing of non P&C matters
• Assist in any HR related projects.
• Assist in calculating OT / casual wages of staffs
• Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time, so the intern will be able to learn comprehensive spectrum of HR.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

2. Energetic, dynamic and proficient in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage.

3.Organized and detail-oriented.

4. Excellent in Microsoft Office applications.

5. Creative, fun and positive.

Willingness to travel and must be able to work in shifts whenever required on Weekends and Public Holidays period to cater on the business needs.
