Job Description

• Assist patients with transfers using wheelchairs, stretchers, and other mobility aids.
• Escort and transport patients safely to and from wards, clinics, diagnostic departments, operating theatres, and other hospital areas.
• Assist patients and guests with luggage handling upon admission, transfer, or discharge.
• Ensure the safe, timely, and courteous transportation of patients while maintaining their comfort and dignity.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding professionally to patients' and visitors' enquiries and requests.
• Comply with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection prevention and control practices.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a Concierge, Porter, Patient Attendant, or similar customer service role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of patient transportation, portering duties, and customer service practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude.
• Physically fit and able to assist with patient transfers and luggage handling.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
