Job Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Handle cashiering and customer orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and outlet appearance at all times
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly according to SOP
- Assist with stock handling and basic outlet duties
Requirements:
- Malaysian, age 18 and above
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Responsible, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Experience in F&B or retail is an added advantage (training provided for fresh candidates)
