Job Description:-

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Explain products and assist with customer inquiries
  • Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly
  • Ensure documents are complete and follow company procedures
  • Promote products and achieve sales targets
  • Support daily branch operations and maintain a clean environment
  • To be involved and participate in Marketing activities and other promotional activities by both Ar-Rahnu Express and HABIB Group, including promoting and creating awareness about the business to the public.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time-to-time.

Requirements:-

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged to apply).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, banking, FMCG, or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
