Job Description:-
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Explain products and assist with customer inquiries
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly
- Ensure documents are complete and follow company procedures
- Promote products and achieve sales targets
- Support daily branch operations and maintain a clean environment
- To be involved and participate in Marketing activities and other promotional activities by both Ar-Rahnu Express and HABIB Group, including promoting and creating awareness about the business to the public.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time-to-time.
Requirements:-
- Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged to apply).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, banking, FMCG, or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
