Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally via calls, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with hospitality-related support and service requests
  • Deliver personalized and attentive customer experience aligned with premium hospitality standards
  • Build positive engagement with customers through strong communication and service-oriented approach
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently

Requirements

  • English proficiency is a must ( written and spoken)
  • Experience in Hospitality / Hotel Front Office is a must
  • Possess a strong hospitality mindset with passion for customer engagement and service excellence
  • Customer-oriented, patient, and able to communicate professionally with customers from different backgrounds
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM4,300.00 - RM4,900.00 per month
