Type: Remote, Full-time, Monday–Friday

About the Role We're looking for a data-focused person to join our team and support our research, data cleaning, and lead qualification work. You'll work with company and contact data daily — collecting, checking, organizing, and preparing it for our sales and marketing teams. This role uses AI tools as part of the daily workflow, so comfort with AI (not just casual use, but applying it to real work) is important.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end data workflow from raw intake to final delivery, including categorizing and tagging data as volume scales
• Run relevance/qualification screening using structured AI prompts in ChatGPT
• Analyze rejected/non-relevant records to identify root causes of data quality issues and refine selection criteria
• Source and enrich leads using enrichment software or tolls (e.g: Apollo and Clay)
• Run validation checks for accuracy, completeness, and relevance of enriched records
• Run confidence-scoring procedures in Clay using automated prompts
• Maintain data status tracking in Trello and organize finalized datasets in Excel/Google Sheets
• Stay current with new tools/AI capabilities and adapt workflows as the tech stack evolves
• Prepare simple summaries and reports to support the team's decisions
• Coordinate with other team members to understand what data is needed and deliver it in a usable format

What We're Looking For

• At least 2-3 years background in data entry, data research, or similar — you've spent real time working with data and don't get bored by it
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (this is used heavily)
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT) for actual work tasks — not just casual use
• Basic data analysis skills (e.g., spotting patterns, summarizing accepted vs. rejected records)
• Good communication — comfortable answering questions, explaining your work, and speaking up if something isn't working
• Organized and able to track your own progress without needing constant reminders
• Comfortable handling a steady stream of questions and feedback from the team

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM tools or B2B data platforms
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for research

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
