Job Description :-

  • Oversee daily branch operations: cash handling, deposits, and security procedures
  • Check transactions, reconciliations, and stock takes for gold & diamond items
  • Support sales, promotions, and track branch performance
  • Supervise and mentor staff, monitor performance, and provide training
  • Build strong relationships with customers and handle complaints professionally

Requirement :-

  • SPM/O-Level with 3–4 years’ experience in retail, financial services, or Islamic pawn broking or Diploma/Bachelor’s with supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of gold/diamond valuation and branch procedures is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong numerical and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
