Full job description

· Check vessel status (berthing/departure) and update the Manager accordingly.

· Monitor vessel schedules through Northport and Westport systems.

· Print the Bill of Lading (BL) after vessel departure and send it to the shipper for reference.

· After arranging and stamping the Bill of Lading, submit it to the Manager for verification and signature.

· Check and respond to emails from shippers and Port of Delivery (POD) agents.

· Check freight booking information in TMS when unable to reach the Accounts Department.

· Print weekly job sheets for the Export Department to monitor vessel and shipper ETA schedules.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
