Job Description

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Verify attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, incentives, claims, deductions and other payroll-related data prior to payroll processing.
• Ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation, EA Forms, CP8D and other payroll-related reports.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, salary adjustments, promotions, increments and final salary payments.
• Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll, statutory deductions and payroll-related matters.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and other departments to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll audits and ensure compliance with Company policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and employee records.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Human Resources Manager or Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of payroll processing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian payroll statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRD Corp.
• Familiar with payroll systems and HRIS (Info-Tech Payroll experience is an added advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality when handling payroll information.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet payroll deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
