Tanggungjawab:

  • Memasukkan data dengan tepat ke dalam sistem, spreadsheet atau pangkalan data syarikat
  • Mengemaskini dan menyelenggara rekod serta dokumen secara fizikal dan digital
  • Menguruskan kerja pemfailan dokumen dengan teratur dan sistematik
  • Melakukan kerja fotokopi, imbasan (scan) dan pencetakan dokumen
  • Memastikan semua dokumen disimpan dengan selamat dan mudah dicapai
  • Menyemak ketepatan data dan melaporkan sebarang kesilapan kepada penyelia
  • Membantu tugasan pentadbiran lain apabila diperlukan

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
