Full job description

Job Scope Store

1. Ensure all stocks data recorded correctly in the system, replenish stock

2. Data Entry to update stock take, receiving stocks, outgoing stocks, etc

3. Sticker paste on all stock in (machine/Desktop/Laptop/IFP)

4. Proper file and maintain all office paperwork

5. Weekly stock takes and keeping store rooms organised and tidy

6. Arrange and store goods in correct location racks and store upkeep

7. Stock monitoring and inventory control

8. Ensure work instruction and procedures are carrying out.

9. Free gift items record

10. Any other duties assigned by superior

Job Scope Admin

1. Monitor Transportation company (Insurance/Road Tax Renewal/Puspakom/Car service Maintenance) & makesure transport company clean.

2. Monitor maintenance building or office (any issue pls inform manager for further action)

- Pest Control

- Renewal Insurance Building, Fire Insurance

- Air-Cond Service

3. General office clerical work & answer office phone call.

4. Update and upkeep master list (customer address, PIC no, machine detail etc.)

5. Update latest meter reading daily to technician

6. Filling and upkeep documentation

7. Handling petty cash

8. Any other duties assigned by superior

Job Scope Account

1. Filling and upkeep documentation company form (original form)

2. Prepare invoice to customers monthly

3. Filling service form (Jobsheet)

4. Call customer for debt

5. Update and upkeep customer ageing

6. Meet problematic customer for debt

7. Prepare audit documentation

8. Any other duties assigned by superior

Requirement:

· Good communication skills and proper manner

· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field for this position however fresh graduates are also be encourage to apply

· Excellent in Microsoft office especially excel and power point

· Possess a diploma or equivalent

· Committed and responsible person

· Fast learner and quickly apply new ideas.

· Prefer Female only

· Malaysian only

· Able to start immediately.

· Must posses own transport.
