Full job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team. If you enjoy problem-solving, working across different locations, and gaining exposure to business operations, this role is for you!
Job Description:
- Review and ensure the accuracy of financial and operational records across branches
- Evaluate internal controls, policies, and processes to enhance efficiency
- Identify risks and recommend practical solutions to strengthen operations
- Conduct audits and prepare clear, insightful reports for management
- Support compliance efforts and help improve internal control systems
Branch & Operational Exposure
- Perform stock checks and verify inventory discrepancies at branches
- Visit branches across Klang Valley and outstation locations
- Gain hands-on exposure to company products (e.g. pawn items, gold types)
Financial & Compliance Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly cash audits with the audit team
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to compliance standards
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged to apply)
- 1–2 years of audit or related experience preferred (fresh graduate’s welcome!)
- Good communication skills in English and Malay (additional languages are a plus)
- Willing to travel and work on-site at branches
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Possess own transport (car)
- Malaysian citizens only
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
