Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee and support daily operations across our stores in East Malaysia and Brunei. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and driving performance in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations Management

• Oversee the daily operations of regional stores, ensuring adherence to brand standards in product quality, service, and environment.
• Ensure effective implementation of headquarters-issued SOPs, marketing campaigns, and policies.
• Monitor product quality, raw material usage, inventory levels, and minimize wastage.
• Conduct regular store visits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.

2. Team Leadership & Training

• Lead, motivate, and develop store teams to enhance performance, positivity, and execution.
• Conduct on-site training and coaching to uplift team capabilities and maintain service quality.
• Address team issues promptly and constructively to ensure a healthy work environment.

3. Collaborate and assist with franchisees to achieve sales targets

• Analyze sales trends and propose actionable strategies for improvement.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and unexpected incidents professionally.

4. Customer Experience Enhancement

• Consistently monitor and improve customer satisfaction and repeat visit rate.
• Implement customer feedback initiatives to enhance service and brand loyalty.

5. Data & Cost Management

• Prepare and submit timely operational reports and performance analyses to management.
• Control and optimize operational costs, ensuring profitability without compromising quality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business, Hospitality, or related fields
• Prior 1 to 2 years in supervisor role and experience in F&B or retail store operations (e.g., bubble tea, fast food, convenience stores) is highly preferred.
• Experience in managing multiple outlets or regional operations will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build team morale.
• High resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of accountability and execution ability.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, and during public holidays as needed.
• Ability to travel frequently across Sabah, Sarawak, and Brunei, but will be based in Sabah.
• Proficient in Chinese and English is mandatory (to facilitate communication between headquarters)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
