Job Vacancy : Data Entry Clerk

Company: MASAERO MLC SDN. BHD.
Location: Hospital Sultanah Aminah, Johor Bahru
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Workdays: 6 days per week

Position Overview:

MASAERO MLC SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Clerk to oversee Linen and Laundry Services (LLS) at Hospital Kluang, Johor. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service quality, and driving continuous improvements that align with company standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing record-keeping processes and supporting the team in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update all required records in the ASIS system.
  • Maintain and update hard copies of reports.
  • Ensure compliance with ASIS data entry requirements.
  • Assist the Operations Executive, Supervisor, and Store Keeper in compiling records and reports as needed.
  • Prepare and verify all documents before assessment by JOHN.
  • Provide administrative support as necessary.
  • Adhere to all relevant government laws, IMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 55001, OHSAS 18001), Quality Assurance Programs, and company regulations.
  • Ensure that actions and decisions are guided by the company’s mission and core corporate values.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in clerical or administrative roles
  • Education: Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills
