We are looking for a passionate and experienced F&B professional with strong leadership skills to join our growing team and help deliver an excellent dining experience.
a) Job Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in F&B operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge in budgeting, cost control, and operations analysis
- Familiar with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in restaurant management systems and Microsoft Office
- Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred
b) Job Responsibilities :
Operational Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and customer experience
- Implement SOPs and operational improvements
- Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
