We are looking for a passionate and experienced F&B professional with strong leadership skills to join our growing team and help deliver an excellent dining experience.

a) Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in F&B operations management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge in budgeting, cost control, and operations analysis
  • Familiar with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in restaurant management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred

b) Job Responsibilities :

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
