Job Title: Customer Service / Call Centre (Career Growth Opportunities)

Salary Range: RM2,800 – RM4,300

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service / Call Centre Executive to join our team in Bandar Enstek. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and service requests.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining excellent service quality.
  • Follow up with customers regarding appointments, renewals, or ongoing cases.
  • Accurately update customer information in the CRM/Excel system.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support operations.
  • Achieve individual performance targets and maintain service quality standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: Fresh / Experienced in Customer Service, Call Centre, Telemarketing, or a related role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel). Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Attributes: Friendly, patient, responsible, able to multitask, and customer-oriented.
  • Logistics: Must possess your own transport and be willing to work in Bandar Enstek, Nilai.
