Full job description

  • Issues controlled and uncontrolled documents.
  • Issues corrective actions where require to drive compliance with organization objectives.
  • Reproduce and updated documents.
  • Provide technical guidelines and instructions to staff where accordance with Document Control policies and procedure.
  • Scan, achieve and retrieve documents and records.
  • Support the development of documentation and configuration control procedures.
  • Provides support in the field of documents control.
  • Ensure documents manage according to Standard of Procedures.
  • Understand and comply with latest legal requirements such as OSHA, FMA and EQA.
  • To lead by example and make sure subordinates are in compliance with the Company SOP and QHSE standards, make sure all work to the same basic standards and should have overall responsibility for and are held.
  • Any other assigned duties.
  • Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
  • Ensure the Company is compliance with HSE requirements.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sepang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
