  • Mewakili syarikat sebagai kakitangan yang berhubung secara langsung dan memberi perkhidmatan yang sopan dan cekap kepada pengguna lebuhraya;
  • Memastikan operasi lorong sentiasa berjalan dengan lancar;
  • Merekod dan melaporkan setiap kejadian luar biasa kepada Penyelia Tol yang bertugas;
  • Mengira, merekod dan menyerahkan kutipan semasa tamat syif.
  • Lokasi bertugas di Plaza Tol Taiping
