Advisory Associate bertanggungjawab membantu pasukan perundingan dalam menyediakan analisis, cadangan, dan penyelesaian kepada pelanggan bagi meningkatkan prestasi serta operasi perniagaan. Individu dalam jawatan ini menyokong pelaksanaan projek perundingan melalui penyelidikan, analisis data, dan penyediaan laporan profesional.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • Membantu pasukan perunding dalam merancang dan melaksanakan projek konsultasi.
  • Menjalankan penyelidikan pasaran, industri, dan analisis perniagaan.
  • Mengumpul serta menganalisis data bagi menyokong cadangan strategik.
  • Menyediakan laporan, dokumentasi, dan bahan pembentangan untuk pelanggan.
  • Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan untuk memahami keperluan dan cabaran perniagaan.
  • Memberi sokongan dalam pelaksanaan strategi dan penambahbaikan proses perniagaan.

Kemahiran yang Diperlukan:

  • Kemahiran analisis dan penyelesaian masalah yang baik.
  • Kemahiran komunikasi dan kerja berpasukan yang efektif.
  • Keupayaan untuk mengurus tugasan dan projek secara teratur.
  • Kemahiran menggunakan Microsoft Office seperti Excel, Word, dan PowerPoint.
