POSITION: CLINIC ASSISTANT CUM DISPENSE

CRITERIA:

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist patients during the registration process, ensuring all necessary information is accurately collected.
• Address patients' inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and send appointment reminders to patients.
• Assist patients in processing insurance claims, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted promptly.
• Collect payments from patients during the discharge process and ensure accurate payment records.
• Provide proper counselling to patients during the discharge process, including explaining medications, follow-up appointments, and doctor's instructions.
• Maintain daily sales records, perform cash settlement procedures, and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and generate patient billing, invoices, receipts, and other related documents accurately using the clinic management system.
• Generate Guarantee Letters (GL) and ensure all supporting documents are complete and submitted according to the requirements of insurance companies, corporate clients, or third-party administrators (TPAs).
• Dispense medications and medical supplies as prescribed by the doctor, ensuring the correct medication, dosage, quantity, and patient instructions are provided.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of medications and consumables, including stock replenishment, stock rotation, expiry date monitoring, and stock-taking activities.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe working environment throughout the clinic, including consultation rooms, waiting areas, and dispensary.
• Conduct simple vision tests for patients according to established procedures.
• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures when required.
• Prepare consultation rooms, medical equipment, and instruments before and after patient examinations or procedures.
• Assist in creating simple content, photos, and videos for the clinic's social media platforms and support promotional or marketing activities as assigned.
• Ensure patient records and confidential information are handled securely and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Company or immediate superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
