Korean Restaurant jobs

• Learn and follow standard recipes (SOP) for authentic Korean dishes to maintain consistent quality
• Assist in monitoring food preparation, cooking processes, and plating standards
• Manage raw material inventory, stock ordering, and supplier/vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP)
• Support food cost control and minimize kitchen wastage
• Assist in kitchen staff scheduling and shift coordination
• Monitor equipment maintenance and kitchen cleanliness
• Coordinate with FOH team to ensure smooth order flow and timing
• Participate in training sessions, tastings, and skill evaluations
• Perform other duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef during training

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1); Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Food Technology background is a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in culinary arts and Korean cuisine
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Willing to be placed at [Insert Location/Branch]
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good hygiene awareness and attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and in a team
• Basic computer skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word) for reporting purposes
