Full job description
Responsibilities
- Provide Korean translation and interpretation support for patients, doctors and hospital staff.
- Assist Korean-speaking patients with registration, consultation, admission, discharge and related hospital processes.
- Facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist Korean-speaking patients, corporate clients and visitors with enquiries and hospital-related services.
- Provide assistance and information to patients and visitors regarding hospital services and facilities.
- Perform administrative and related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Proficient in Korean and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience will be an added advantage.
- Able to work on a locum / temporary basis, including weekends and public holidays when required.
