About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join the team at Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd in Lahad Datu District, Sabah. This full-time role will provide key administrative support to the organisation and play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team
  • Handling a range of administrative duties including data entry, filing, correspondence and scheduling
  • Assisting with the organisation of meetings, events and travel arrangements
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and inquiries
  • Maintaining and updating office systems, procedures and records
  • Performing other general office duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
