Job Description:

1. General office support and information key-in.

2. Documentation filing, petty cash and branch utilities maintenance.

3. Handle & follow up with HT(Homecare Technician) organization’s enquiry and reporting works.

4. Sales related: sales key in, care service order key in, ekeyin approver

5. Payment-related: Handling fund transfer/refund case, direct debit/credit card application & resubmit, mobile auto debit approver

6. Stock inventory related: branch stock count, stock distribution, and defect stock arrangement.

7. Ad hoc duties when required

Requirement:

1. Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in any discipline.

2. Preferably 1 year of working experience in administration, customer service or equivalent.

3. Must be familiar with computer applications, ie. Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
