AVAILABLE POSITION

Assistant Kitchen Manager

Lead the restaurant team, ensure smooth daily operations, achieve business targets, and deliver the authentic KyoChon experience to every customer. RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Operations

• Assist in achieving restaurant sales, profitability, and operational targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare shift and weekly operational reports.
• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Restaurant Operations

• Coordinate and supervise the overall restaurant operation during assigned shifts.
• Lead, coach, and motivate restaurant team members to achieve excellent performance.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
• Maintain company service, grooming, and uniform standards.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
• Plan and organize staff duty rosters and daily operations.
• Support both Front of House and Back of House whenever required.

Inventory & Housekeeping

• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering.
• Handle cash management, petty cash, and daily closing procedures.
• Ensure restaurant equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
• Provide operational support whenever necessary to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
