About the role

The Associate Executive, Analytical will oversee Analytical method development, analytical support to the Formulation development, as well as technology transfer activities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain analytical specifications in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other controlled laboratory documents.
Maintain the master list for laboratory instrument and equipment calibration, ensuring calibration schedules are up to date.
Perform or coordinate the calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure compliance with established standards.
Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of laboratory chemicals, solvents, reagents, and consumables.
Manage the lifecycle of analytical working standards and reference standards, ensuring proper storage, usage, and documentation.
Control the issuance, distribution, and archival of laboratory documents within the Analytical R&D (ARD) laboratory.
Manage analytical column inventory, including tracking usage, storage, and replacement to support laboratory operations.
Coordinate and manage stability chamber samples, including sample receipt, storage, tracking, and retrieval according to stability study schedules.
Ensure all laboratory documentation complies with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), data integrity requirements, and applicable SOPs.
Support laboratory readiness for internal and external audits by maintaining accurate, complete, and compliant records.
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory environment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

About you

0-3 years related experience in Pharma, FMCG, and Healthcare industries.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
