Lawyer is responsible for advising clients on corporate and commercial matters, managing legal transactions from inception to completion, drafting and negotiating legal documentation, conducting due diligence, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering commercially practical legal solutions.
The role requires strong technical legal knowledge, excellent drafting skills, commercial awareness, attention to detail and the ability to independently manage multiple transactions while maintaining high professional standards.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
