Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Reply to customer live chats promptly and professionally on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Answer questions about products, stock, shipping, and active promotions.
- Handle after-sales issues like returns, refunds, cancellations, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to check on delayed or missing parcels.
- Monitor and reply to viewer comments during TikTok Live sessions.
Requirements:
- At least a SPM holder (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fast typing speed and good communication skills.
- Familiar with Shopee/Lazada/TikTok seller backends (Preferred but training provided).
- Must be able to work afternoon shifts (2pm-11.30pm), weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
