Liaison Officer
Patient ExperienceGuide patients through appointments, treatments, hospital processes and service touchpoints.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Guide patients through appointments, treatments and hospital processes.
- Answer queries, provide information and offer translation if needed.
- Handle feedback, resolve issues and escalate when required.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth patient experience.
- Support events or CSR activities and maintain reports or KPIs.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement
- Diploma in Business.
- Customer service background or experience is an added advantage.
- Understanding of medical terminology and knowledge is essential to provide medical support in hospital.
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments is required.
- Must be familiar with hospital background and setup.
- Must be able to function in a team-oriented environment as well as independently deliver results.
