Patient Experience

Guide patients through appointments, treatments, hospital processes and service touchpoints.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Guide patients through appointments, treatments and hospital processes.
  • Answer queries, provide information and offer translation if needed.
  • Handle feedback, resolve issues and escalate when required.
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth patient experience.
  • Support events or CSR activities and maintain reports or KPIs.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement

  • Diploma in Business.
  • Customer service background or experience is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and knowledge is essential to provide medical support in hospital.
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments is required.
  • Must be familiar with hospital background and setup.
  • Must be able to function in a team-oriented environment as well as independently deliver results.
