We are seeking driven and ambitious individuals to join our growing team as an Assistant Supervisor. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to develop leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the fragrance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Supervisor in overseeing daily sales and marketing operations
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and performance goals
  • Join and participate in outdoor/indoor promotional events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
  • Train and guide new team members to ensure consistent service standards
  • Represent the brand professionally in various sales environments and events
