Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries through Live Chat and Email.
  • Provide accurate product information and assistance.
  • Follow up with customers and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Collect customer feedback and share it with the team.

Requirements

  • Malaysian candidate.
  • SPM or above.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably Live Chat.
  • Able to communicate in English, Mandarin/Chinese and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure.
  • Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Own laptop/PC with 8GB RAM+, Intel i5/Ryzen 5+ and internet speed of 80 Mbps+.

Working Hours

  • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Shift rotation every 2–3 months.
